Carrie Stearns is the founder and creative director of Carrie’s Interiors, an Orange County based design firm. Growing up in Chicago, her passion for design began with the love of the city’s beautiful architecture; her favorite being Frank Lloyd Wright. Carrie’s experience has been cultivated through education, a love for travel and an eye for fashion, art and design. Recognizing a demand for bespoke interior designs Carrie established Carrie’s Interiors specializing in decor and full renovations Carrie refined her skills in Interior Design while living in Hong Kong where she cultivated a niche renovating rentals and leases on behalf of the thriving expat community. With China manufacturing just across the border, the opportunity for custom designing was readily achievable. Carrie was able to design custom furniture to fit in smaller living spaces common to Hong Kong utilizing materials unique to the area such as rosewood and textured Thai silk.
Never one to shy away from challenging projects, Carrie is passionate about making clients homes work for them in a way that only true customization can achieve. Her energetic approach lends itself to a fun and collaborative design process. This consistent and approachable communication makes working with Carrie a distinctive experience and results in a space that truly embodies a client's personality and lifestyle.
